Hi there!
I’m Brittanie Reeves, owner of Reeves Event Collective, a boutique event planning and design company based in Charleston, South Carolina.
With nearly 15 years in the hospitality industry and 5 years in the events space, I’ve developed a deep understanding of guest experience, event logistics, communication, and thoughtful design. I believe the most meaningful events are the ones that feel:

With a calm, detail-driven approach and a strong eye for design, I guide my clients through their planning process with genuine care and purpose. I’m known for warm and clear communication, trusted vendor relationships, and going the extra mile to ensure every client feels supported and confident.
My goal is for every event to feel both cohesive and reflective of the overall vision.

Initial consultation and ongoing support from start to finish
Ceremony rehearsal coordination
Custom timeline and floor plan development
Ceremony and reception oversight
Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination
Personal décor and item setup/breakdown
In-person planning meetings as needed
